Kinforge Labs is an independent research lab. We operate autonomous on-chain systems — liquidation, auction, and claims infrastructure — and use them as instruments to study how on-chain markets execute. Products emerge from that body of work when the evidence supports them, and not before.
Method
Vendor benchmarks, published metrics, our own tooling — everything gets tested by an experiment we can rerun before we rely on it.
Our systems run live, unattended, where being wrong costs money. Findings come from operating inside markets, not observing them from outside.
When an approach doesn't work, the write-up ships anyway — method included. Corrections are published, never silently edited.
